First reported on Page Six in New York Post, August 16, 2007, the lawsuit filed by Vladimir Kush aginst the singer Pink and her record label has been settled. The lawsuit was filed in the Manhattan District Court alleging that Pink's music video U+Yr Hand, illegally reproduced images of Mr.Kush's painting Contes Erotiques.We are very satisfied with the resolution of this matter, said Kush.I'm an artist and do not enjoy the litigation process, but, he continues,if someone is wrongfully taking from my creations, I must defend my art.
